She takes an intersectional approach to understanding people's learning needs and can curate learning around a wide variety of topics - so just ask!
Co-design
Lucy's has facilitated a huge number of co-design processes across sectors, co-producing everything from frameworks, teaching toolkits, and organisational strategy or policy through to whole services, cross-sector collaborations, and engagement programs. Her method is intersectional, anti-colonial, and feminist, valuing diverse knowledges and centring the voices of marginalised groups typically excluded from mainstream processes.
