Different ways of working with me
Fixed price
This option is best for services like public speaking, workshop delivery, or a project with very defined parameters or strict known budget. We'll sit down to discuss the scope and then I will quote based on those needs.
Flexible hourly rate
This is ideal for when you have a project in mind but aren't quite sure how long it will take, or it is likely to change or grow along the way. We'll agree on a fixed hourly rate, I'll give you a cost estimate, and any additional hours will be discussed along the way and approved in advance according to your budget.
Retainer
This option is for those organisations who would like access to my services and expertise in an ongoing basis. We'll discuss the level of support you're seeking and then agree on a set number of hours a weekly or monthly basis for a set period of time. This allows you to have clarity on the cost but flexibility on the timing and use of that time. You can send any range of work my way, according to what you need at any given time.
